Each side of this duplex has 3 bedrooms, full bath, enclosed outdoor shower, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with new granite counters and new dishwashers! The living room has a large wall mounted flat screen tv, cable, high-speed internet, and extra large sliding glass doors for SPECTACULAR views.
Each deck is PRIVATE with picnic bench, bbq grill, deck chairs. Rent one side or both! Perfect for family gatherings, golf outings, special events, or maybe a reunion with old friends. You can spend the day together on the beach, watch the magnificent sunset from your spacious deck, have a bbq, evening cocktails, and at the end of the day, you all have your own space to retire to.
Even the Master bedroom has an amazing view of Nantucket Sound! When you wake up, you are directly on the beach, so you can enjoy your morning coffee listening to the soft surf of Nantucket Sound! *Rates are discounted by $50 per week for any stay of two or more consecutive weeks
