This custom-built, 6000 sq foot home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Historic Barnstable Village. A Sunday to Sunday rental that is open year-round. This sprawling home has 5 bedrooms, 4 full and 2 half baths, with a total of 15 magnificent rooms all with central AC, central vacuum, and central intercom/music, sleeps 10!

Your seasonal, inground, heated, pool is just steps from the sunporch. This stunning 40’x20′ pool is completely fenced in with plenty of loungers, patio sets and in-pool LED lighting for those of you who want to do a little ”night swimming”. The house also has a new oversized 1700 square foot wooden deck, with two Weber Gas Grills and plenty of comfortable seating.
